The missing piece of the puzzle

How to break through the freehand drawing barrier

Freehand drawing, whether a live model, a portrait, or a sculpture can be very frustrating. Getting the gesture, the essential lines and proportions, down on the paper with ease and accuracy is key to success. BUT HOW IS THAT DONE? This course will give you the missing piece of the puzzle. By harnessing your natural muscle memory, fabulous freehand drawing is within your grasp. I learnt this method while studying life drawing at the famous Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris, and it completely transformed my work. I'm excited to share it with you and I hope you will be as amazed as I was with the results.

I’d never heard of this method and was curious to have a go. Amazing! I got the standing figure model sketched out in less than 10 minutes plus it looks much more real and dynamic than my usual efforts. The foreshortening tips are great too and seeing how the old master did edges was an eyeopener for me. Really great course.
